一日一日を生きている実感がある（女性）
ヒステリーもものすごくて、毎日不機嫌でした。
ヨグマタジに出会い、ディクシャをいただいて、瞑想を始め、毎日が、なんとなくではなく、1日1日を生きている、今を生きている実感があります。
前は考えがまとまらなくて、頭の中がゴチャゴチャで考えるのをやめてしまったが、今は、頭の中かに以前にくらべて、整理が少しずつされてきているのを感じます。

Before I met Yogmataji, I think I was just kind of going through one day at a time and didn't really feel alive.
I was hysterical and grumpy every day.
After meeting Yogmataji, receiving diksha and starting meditation, I feel that I am living day by day and living in the present moment, rather than just going through the motions.
Before, I couldn't think clearly and I had to stop thinking because my mind was a jumble, but now I feel that my mind is a little more organised than before.
